A small boutique with a simple belief: the best gear should be close to home, and buying it should feel like talking to a friend.
How it started
The outdoors start at our front door.
Outside In grew out of a love for the coast and the mountains, and a wish that the gear we relied on lived a little closer to home. So we opened a shop in the middle of Cohasset village, filled it with the brands we trust, and left the door open (the orange one, you can't miss it).
What you get is a boutique that feels personal. We know our inventory because we chose every piece of it. We can tell you which shell actually breathes, which sock survives a thru-hike, and which fleece you'll never take off. It's retail the way it used to be, and, we think, the way it should be.
